Tool and fixture design

Clamping fixtures are the link between the machine and the workpiece. With our decades of experience, we are able to successfully master even the most complex challenges. Our mechanical or hydraulic clamping fixtures offer optimum accessibility to the workpiece and enable you to produce quickly and without detours. Repeat accuracy, even with high machining forces and without causing unwanted damage to your workpiece.

Contract manufacturing is part of our DNA. We meet the requirements of a contract manufacturer in two-shift operation on state-of-the-art machines and systems. Contract manufacturing is an integral part of industry - both in Germany and internationally. We support companies with everyday tasks as well as with small series and special tasks. Whether hardening, coating, nitriding, galvanizing or painting - our employees will be happy to take your requirements on board and advise you and our partners on how to proceed.

Our quality promise

To ensure and further improve the quality of your and our value chain, you will receive further documentation on your product in addition to the obligatory final inspection report. We will be happy to provide you with quality certificates for the raw materials used (material test certificates, hardness test certificates) as well as comprehensive documentation on any leak tests, crack tests, 3D measurements and special tests that we carry out for you.
