Assembly

In the course of our transformation from a component supplier to a system supplier, we have taken on more and more assembly tasks. This was a long-cherished goal and soon became an explicit customer request from various premium manufacturers. This is where we wanted to go at some point: No longer just supplying individual components, but completely assembled modules. For example, a cylinder head including permanently installed intake and exhaust valves, camshaft and other components. Directly to the assembly line, ready for installation.

Assembly under certified conditions

We have arrived. It's been a long journey and a technical challenge. Our demand for cleanliness and care in production and assembly has increased in recent years in the automotive industry. Cleanliness is therefore a key quality criterion for us. For this reason, we now assemble our components at our German sites under almost cleanroom conditions, in rooms in our production halls equipped with special filters and fresh and exhaust air systems under certified conditions.
